Hammad Rasool brings with him 20 years of experience in Banking Industry working both as an entrepreneur and in management, strategy, and leading customer relationship roles in Middle East and Asia. With his excellent leadership skills and a visionary approach, Hammad has been able to take Xpert Digital to greater heights. He is responsible for strategy, developing key markets, keeping major client and partner relationships and overseeing company operations.

His experience in sales & growth leadership from world’s leading technology companies like Oracle, IBM, Kony and CR2 helped shape a dynamic and agile organization that continues to push boundaries and redefine the future of digital banking.

As the CEO of Xpert Digital, Shazia is responsible for shaping business strategies into pragmatic IT solutions and implementation plans. Prior to Xpert Digital, Shazia brings with her a decade of experience in Banking and Information Technology. She has worked with well-known banks in the industry in USA, UAE, Oman, Pakistan, and Saudi Arab. She has worked with numerous local and international clients with a diversified portfolio. Following her forte ‘digitalization and innovation’, she vividly aims to make Xpert Digital the best global digital transformation company by providing excellence in innovation through implementing technology solutions.

Saad Lakhani

Saad Lakhani has over 20 years of experience in IT business analysis, project and support management, business intelligence, and business performance management along with management reporting. He has previously been associated with prominent names in the industry and holds Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from ASQ, USA, PMP Certification from Project Management Institute, USA, and ITIL V3 Foundation Certification from ISEB. He has been responsible for managing development and implementation for multiple projects in several organizations across Middle East and Pakistan.

Syed Ali Saim

Chief Technology Officer

Syed Ali Saim has over 14 years of experience in helping organizations and customers leverage technology to meet operational goals, solve complex business needs, and maximize return on technology investments. During the course of his career, Saim has worked directly for IT companies and completed several DW and BI projects within the MENA region using Microsoft SQL server, MicroStrategy, PowerBI, and Oracle BI stacks. He also holds Experience in delivering bespoke solutions and products on mobile and web using Python, Django, PGSQL, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and a mix of Video and Text AI APIs.

His remarkable skills in motivating teams and various business groups to achieve customer success, delivery, and operational excellence have proven to be an asset to the company.
